Im looking forward to classic the only thing im worried about is that people dont want any changes to it at all so it will die out and just have a tiny community of hardcore wow players left, i mean people still think classic will be hard and take alot of time nowdays, which just isnt true i feel like people get to 60 in maybe a week or less

@georgi Ivanov Let Blizzard decide what is good for their own game? 13 million players down to 1.5 million currently. Blizzards "good idears" is why people are looking forward to playing an earlier unmolested version of the game.

Classis will have many issues sure. But it's going to be nice to have to spend time in all the different zones. All gear is rewarding as you dont blast through zones and dungeons. No transmog! Meeting new hanging out at the crossroads running up to people and asking the to join my party and then running to the wailing caverns. Spending time taking in scenery and feeling the mood on the zone. These are some of the things I miss.

If you comment section guys are sceptical about classic. Go to a private server and try it. An bear in mind that private servers are not even 100% correct about classic stuff and still it's so much better than current.

They add anything outside of vanilla and don't stick to what they said about "vanilla means vanilla and anything out of it isn't vanilla" like adding a cash shop I'm done. I won't play classic.

@@sweetcorn1936 you don't do anyting you think that you're going to be able to stop someone cheating in the game if you wanted to. You can obviously have suspicion andaddress it later but you can't stop it from happening. It doesn't mean you changed the entire game. If you add tokens gold will mean nothing in the game there's only a few if any that will buy gold.

People want classic because they are nostalgic. This game has a very sentimental value for some reason. People will realize it's not the same feeling anymore and will quit 1 month after trying it.

They should have just launched the old client optimize it a bit and thats it... no we get sharding,loot trading,one klick reporting and maybe a store yaay exactly what we want...... they gonna bury this before its even live.. nice job

People have played on private servers for over 10 years (me included) so Vanilla has certainly passed the test of time - the data speaks for itself. After newcomers that do not like it have left Classic when it releases, it will have a healthy, consistent population.

Actually Nostalrius(the biggest private server) was so good that Blizzard had to shut the server down because A LOT of people from retail started leaving to play on that server. But after they shut the server down people have lost interest and the server devs became really corrupt. So a lot of people are waiting for classic now.

When wow first came out it was revaloutionary it just won't be the same experience. If they never add expansions the game will get very stale. That's just my personal opinion

ofc it’s gonna be hyped. People have been wanting it for years now. I currently play bfa and raid hardcore and the game is in such a terrible state atm, feels like it’s been terrible since MoP but I cannot wait for vanilla, even after levelling 3 60s on private servers
