Actually, you can get up to 50% acc just spamming, without really reading. Obviously, you fail really quickly, so it's not like that's a big problem, but back when the pp system for mania was broken, my highest one was for a NF 7* map, when I couldn't even pass a 2.5* map.

Not only they play in the hardest difficulty the beatmap has to offer which often they are nuts, therefore nearly impossible for the average or even good player. But they often add, flashlight to restrict your vision and hidden so you have to memorize the pattern. Tbh it's pretty damn impressive that they are able to memorize +1000-2000 circles in a fast pace with dissapearing circles and limited vision. Oh and I forgot the spin, I hated it, not only it was annoying to do but it often fucked up my rythm when I used to play.

osu! requires less accurate aim but you're always in need to aim, in CS:GO you're not actively aiming all of the time, but when you do need to aim, you need to be much more accurate than in osu!
