The health department insists on colored cutting boards,yellow is for chicken,green veggies,brown fish,white ready to eat such as berries or celery and carrots that get served with your wings
So i guess not wearing a cutting glove is ok for them huh? No it is not!!!! Wrong color cutting boards for the raw meat, should be red. White is for cooked foods, green for veggies
