Although the cameos of Billy and Charlie really threw me off, despite that Walter and Winnie would only be the only engines on this railway at the time but they are Manning Waddle tanks too so it makes sense. Keep up the good work.

I gather that this is North West Sodor. A railway that's got connections down to the more popular railways in Mid and Southern Sodor. And this is owned by a heritage railway.
