It's really nice so hear them speak English. I can see that it doesn't come all that easy for them and really appreciate that they speak from the heart instead of churning out common phrases. It just makes it all the more interesting.

What I like about Scandinavians is how down to earth they are. Rich, less well off, they are much more down to ground and not poshie as many bigheads you see in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK. I guess that comes from a small community feeling of everyone has a voice. But they are pretty frugal, even with plenty of money. I guess being humble is a up and showing off is not as well seen as n other cultures. Certainly, I may fall into the stereotyping trap, but Scandinavians are not at show off as we are in other countries.
