Hi Jett, hope you are well. I do love a Sofitel Hotel and this is one of the best I have stayed in. With regard our mutual love of aviation, one quick tip. Don't book the Sofitel at Heathrow as no real runway views and very pricey. However the Sofitel Gatwick has great views of the runway. Book a top floor runway view room with lounge access and you won't be disappointed.
