Chocolate cupcake
Ingredients
2 large egg
1/2 cup milk (evap or fresh milk)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup good cocoa powder
(dutch process)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup boiling water plus 1 tsp coffee
1 tsp vinegar
This recipe yields 12 pcs of 3oz cupcake
