Recipe works perfectly! I just made it! Little advice: after baking and cooling put them into a container and wrap with plastic foil. Try and hour later and they are even moister and softer !

I made like 50 of these cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and they taste heavenly. All the guests thought they were store brought. But honestly they taste 100 times better than store brought. This recipe is definitely a keeper. Thank you so much

This is an incredible recipe! The only thing I'd do differently, is add the baking powder and soda to the dry ingredients, which is the standard way of doing it. I'll definitely make them!!!

It's become a new way to incorporate baking powder. I see it in many videos. My pancake recipe is one example.

@@joanhenschel3511Really? That's interesting. I watch a lot of baking videos. This is my first time seeing that. Even the pancake recipe I follow doesn't do it that way. When I saw this I wondered why it was being done as the last step. The only reason I could think of was once liquid hits the baking powder it becomes activated. But then I thought. It's the last step either way you do it (mixing wet ingredients into the dry or vice versa) so now I'm just confused, lol. Either way, when I go to make these I'm going to put both ingredients in with the dry as OP stated. Putting it in at the end runs a greater risk of over mixing the batter which is what we're not suppose to do... 🤷‍♀️😁

The reason to put the baking powder at the very end is to ensure proper rise of the cake, as soon as b.p is added to the batter, it is activated

I made the cupcakes today, without frosting and fudge (plain cupcake). It is amazingly delicious. It rises perfectly. Will just have to add a little more sugar and cocoa powder. it wasn't as sweet as it should be. but other than that it is amazing.

Yes. Because of the heavy cream and cream cheese. You can remove them from the fridge about 20-30 minutes before serving.

What can I use instead of cocoa powder? Can I use hot chocolate mix? And can I substitute brown sugar for white?

You can definitely use white sugar instead of brown, it won't change the consistency but slight change in taste. I wouldn't recommend though to use hot chocolate mix, you really need to have good quality baking cocoa powdered, unsweetened :)

Can I add the baking powder and baking soda when mixing the flour and sugar together? Because I'm afraid it will be not well mix if I put it at the last step for a new beginner rlike me..
