〈Coconut Milk Bread〉
✎ Ingredients：
Bread flour 300g
Extra large egg 1 (60g)
Sugar 20g
Salt 3g
Instant dry yeast 4g
Milk 150g
Unsalted butter 30g
Coconut toppings:
Egg yolk 1
Sugar 40g
Melted unsalted butter 80g
Shredded coconut 50g
✎ Suggested fermentation time：
First fermentation 38˚C 40 minutes
Final fermentation 40-50 minutes (until doubled in size)
✎ Baking information：
180˚C / 360˚F 18-20 minutes
✎ Mould：
20cm square mould

◍ Notes：
- The amount of water needs to be adjusted according to water absorption of flour, weather and humidity of the day
