Ingredients:
For the chiffon:
3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup water or milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 cup sugar
For the buttercream:
4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
225g softened butter
1/2 cup dulce de leche
1/4 cup softened butter to spread on top
White sugar for dredging
more dulce de leche for the filling
