soft and fluffy poori/ puri
Ingredients:
wheat flour
water
salt
oil
Tip: 1cup wheat flour = 1/2 cup water required
PROCESS:
Take a bowl
sieve the 1 cup wheat flour
Add wheat flour, salt, oil,water
mix it well and make a soft dough
then apply some oil to dough cover with lid and leave it for 10 min
Then open lid and knead the dough and make small portion balls.
Take a roti maker apply some Oil and make puri as round as possible.
Next take a kadai heat oil and Deep fry the puri as shown in the video as pressing.
and now fluffy and sofy puri is ready .
