•Sufficient Water for batter

•1/4 cup Kismis
•1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
•2 big pinches Edible Camphor
For Gavvalu
•1/4 cup Semolina
•2 tbsp Milk powder(optional)
•250gms Maida
•Salt
•1/8 tsp Baking Soda
•2 tbsp Ghee
•sufficient water
For Ribbon Pakoda
•1.5 cup Rice flour
•1/2 cup Besan
•1/2 cup Roasted Chana Powder
•Salt
•Cumin
•3 tbsp Sesame
•3-4 tbsp Butter
•sufficient water
For Mixture
•150 gms Besan
•100 gms Rice Flour
•Salt
•1 tbsp Chili Powder
•sufficient Water
•150 gms Besan
•1/2 cup Peanuts and allow to splutter
•1 cup Cashews
•1/2 cup Roasted Chana
•1/2 cup Corn flakes
•250 gms Thick Poha
•2 tbsp Chilli powder
For Gavvala Pakam
•Heat 1.5 cups Jaggery
•3 tbsp Water
•1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
For Boondi laddu
For Kajjikayalu
•3 tbsp Water
•sugar
•1/2 cup Ghee
•1/2 Cashews
•1.5 cups Rava
•1/2 cup Dry Coconut
•3/4 cup- 1 cup Sugar syrup
•1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
•250 gms maida
•1.5 tbsp Besan
•2 pinches Salt
•2 tbsp Ghee
For Chekkalu
•10-12 Green Chillies
•3 inches Ginger
•Salt
•1.5 tbsp Cumin
•1/2 kilo Rice Flour
•1/4 cup Soaked Moong Dal
•1/4 cup Soaked Sabudana
•50 gms Butter
•2-3 sprigs curry leaves choppings
