Bread Flour 200g
Instant Yeast 3g
Sugar 25g
Whole Egg 30ml
Milk 110ml
Sea Salt 2g
Unsalted Butter 25g
▼Step Instructions
1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and milk into a dough, add salt and butter, and beat until smooth
2. Fermentation at 28°C for 1 hour, divided into 6 equal portions, rounded, and fermented at 30°C for 40 minutes
3. Bake at 180°C/ 356°F for 15mins, let cool and cut off the top of the bread
