All purpose flour (maida) - 1 cup
Ripe banana - 1 medium
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Unflavoured oil - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

I made it today in oven with 250 C for 25 minutes. It came out very well. It was spongy. But i didn't use powdered sugar, so my sugar level was kind of low of the cake. Other than that, it was good. Thank you for your recipe. And for best banana cake, we should use butter instead of oil because butter gives a different and classy texture and taste to the cake.

I tried it today and my husband said this is the best banana bread I ever made! And my brother-in-law said it's better than any cake shop! Kids are very happy too! I baked it in a bread mould at 180℃ for 25 minutes, added some roasted walnuts and after slicing it looked so professional... Thank you so much!

Today is my mum's birthday, so I decided to make this for her. It turned out excellent! The cake was super fluffy, moist & delicious. The only additions I made are, I added 1/4th cup extra powdered sugar (got a sweet tooth) and chopped walnuts. Excellent recipe. Cant believe banana cake can turn out to be so delicious without egg or oven. Thanks :)
