INGREDIENTS:
2 RIPE BANANA
SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
OIL - 1/4 CUP
CURD - 1/2 CUP
WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR - 1 CUP
CORN FLOUR - 1/2 TBSP
BAKING POWDER - 1 TSP
BAKING SODA - 1/2 TSP
MILK - 1/2 CUP
BANANA ESSENCE - 1/2 TSP
CHOCOLATE CHIPS - 1/3 CUP

@@MrNetrika take 1/4 cup of milk and add i tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar.... and mix them well... you can use this mix instead of curd

Well this is a good recipe.. but not that much healthy. It uses lots of sugar and oil.

@@ashagoud4069 yes. To make it a little healthier substitute sugar with honey or jaggery and add lots of nuts in it. I am not sure if there is any substitute for oil though.

I just put the batter in the oven. Used 2 eggs instead of curd, and blended the eggs with 1/2 cup oil, and 1/2 cup sugar in a blender just like you showed in your sponge cake recipe. And also for fillings used almonds and vanilla essence in place of banana essence.

hiiii! i LOOOVE IT, ive followed a recipe for like 5 to 6 times and the recipe wasnt thaat good and it always failed so IM SO GLAD to finddd a recipe that works amazing, i dont have a oven nor can use egg, and i love cake and im tryna eat more healthy so i love dis recipe as its not dense and its airy and mostly healthy, i added way less sugar and used dates for sweetness so i love it, its fab!!!

Hi, I tried it yesterday, it came out well. But I need to know few things, for me it is not fluffy in corner it is little fluffy but towards middle it is not fluffy. It didn't raise much. Can you suggest me wat might be the issue. Taste wise it is very gud.

Never thought I could make a perfect banana bread with wheat flour ! It tastes just like the one made with maida! Awesome recipe .. I used an egg instead of curd and baked it .. Luv it gonna make bigger batches.. Thanks a lot

@@shivanisinghal2640 hello shivani! Yes trust me its amazing. Even though I didn't add any banana essence it tasted awesome..I also put my bananas in the oven until they turned black Cuz mine weren't as ripe. But I'm not sure if it'd come out as fluffy in d stove top .. I baked mine n they were perfect (I didn't get the bright dark brown that they got, instead mine was like a darker sandal clr). I also just added chunks of regular chocolate and they too didn't make much of a difference.. A week before making these I made the classic one with maida (I followed a recipe from another RU-vidr) and Iswear they both didn't have any difference at ALL . so trust me and go for this recipe .. But although this recipe was great I eouldnt recommend it if u don't like the flavour of banana cuz they stand out when u eat . Hope this was helpful for you 🙂🙂
