- 10 g of yeast diluted in 125 ml of warm water
- 100 to 125 ml of warm water (added gradually)
- Chicken and cheese filling (cooked chicken, cheese, cream, etc.)

- 500 g of minced chicken
- 1 large onion, chopped or diced
- 1 tablespoon of grated garlic and ginger
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
