Soft & Buttery Pretzels

Ingredients:
Dough:
- 198 g warm water
- 2 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 300 g bread flour
- 1 tbsp oil
Water:
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp baking soda
Toppings:
- egg wash
- sea salt
- everything bagel seasoning
- melted butter
Cheese Sauce:
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 cup mozzarella and cheddar cheese
