Soft cake cookies recipes /No rest/easy dough but different inside you can make/ 

Hello my friends 🫶🏻welcome to cooking by ghazaleh,
I make a soft cookie from north of iran 😋
It is soft like a cake you can make it with out cocoa powder and add flour instead
✅ you can use dry fig instead of raisins
✅this recipe no need to rest in the fridge
✅i make more and after cooking i put in plastic box and keeping in the freezer for 3 weeks 👌
✅all ingredients should be in room temperature
✅it is tonic cookies for children in school
✅you can add chocolate chips even in this dough
Lets go for these easy cake cookies ingredients:
🔸-flour 220 gr ( 2 cup)
🔸-butter 80 gr
🔸-suger powder 120 gr
🔸-medium eggs 2
🔸-vanilla suger 1 tea sp
🔸-veg oil 30 gr
🔸-baking powder 1 tea sp
🔸-cocoa powder 2 table sp(20 gr)
🔸-salt 1 pinch
🔸-cinnamon 1 tea sp (12 gr)
🔸-walnut 55 gr (1/2 cup)
🔸-raisins 1/3 cup (35 gr)
✅keep 2 table sp flour keep for rasin and walnut mixing
✨With these much ingredients you will have 12 medium cookies or 8 big cookies
Put it in the electric oven in 170 •c for 15 mins
Or gas oven in 175 •c
