TODAY'S RECIPE IS Soft Creamy Custard Bread Roll | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Luke warm milk 1/3 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Mix well
Rest for 5 mins
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Knead for 5 mins
Smooth dough
Rub some oil
Cover
Rest for 1 hour
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Custard powder 2 tbsp
Keep stirring
Cook on medium flame f
Cook until thick consistency
Cover
Let it cool down
After 1 hour
Spread custard evenly
Roll
Brush milk
Almond flakes
bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 25-35 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
