You have the best tutorials in my opinion! Very honest and informative. Can all eyeliners go on the bottom waterline? I have urban decay's 24/7 glide on eyeliner in bourbon, is this the wrong kind of shimmer?

I am always pleasantly surprised by how well lighter liner shades look on the bottom waterline, even if they are heavier on the shimmer or glitter. They seem to really light up the whole eye. And the UD 24/7 liners last very well in that area.
