I’ve watched this video a number of times in the course of some years and I still have no clue what undertone I am. I always though I’m cool but my face looks grey upon applying my Foundation whereas my clean neck is light/fair yellow. No idea what that means, I k my know my face colour looks off.
When I first started, about 5 times a week. Once I started seeing results (about 6 weeks in) I reduced it to 2-3 times per week. The "lift" effect lasts about 48 hours and the skin care effects (smoother skin etc) last much longer. I hope this helps!
