sir,i need ur advice for my career growth,am DME holder 2015 batch, 6yrs experience in VMC 3 axis,4 th axis 5 axis,, software mastercam knowledge but now am working in Chennai as a setter how can i improve my skills in my carrer growth,im planning to study BE in this year ,i want work in new product development in machining and wish yo work in mastercam but my company didnt allow to program due to qualification issue

Sir...what is the maximum clamping pressure..we need to do when Machining for fan Cover..?

I would try around 1.2 mPa. If it throws the part you know to go a little higher.

Depending on the wall thickness, you need to decide. A pressure from 2 bar can be tried

Wall thickness is 2mm and dia is 200mm
