Well, Chef Raph. I Always enjoy trying out new recipes. And your simplified methods make it so much better. Chapos are my fav. And ive only ever made them nikisaidia hapa pale. Just try them Na dare I say, though shapeless😅😅 zimetoka superb. Didn't have time to get carrots bt next time definetly. As i also learn to roll😀🙏. Thank you for all the insights
Don't know about this all purpose flour as we don't have it in my area but I use wheat flour for chappati and baking and it works well 👍 Is there another name for dahania? It looks familiar but it's the first time I hear that name. It looks interesting either way ☺️ am trying this
Eye measure it. I use a trick by first mixing the water mixed with salt and a little cooking oil, u can start with 3 deciliters of liquid and then add the flour bit by bit and mixing until the dough doesn't stick to your hands. After that u can now try it. Hope that helps
