Ugh I hate the whole soft natural looks best in "natural" or light colors thing. Some of us have skin tones or undertones that look great in bright colors, and can totally do a soft natural outfit in bright or dark colors. This is one of those kibbe things that we should take with a huge grain of salt.
Totally get what your saying and agree on the very big grain of salt. This video just covers a few suggestions and ideas for casual outfits that play to a light and breezy take on the SN, which is just one of many ways to approach any body type.
Will you adress overweight and underweight in the body types in the future? I read that a dramatic classic strays away from her significant structure the most by becoming more pearshaped. With myself I struggle with wide hips that don’t fit into the original outline of a dramatic classic.
Low waisted aren't the most flattering on heavy midsections. They create muffin tops and show butt cracks. I think mid rise jeans are the best. I get what you mean but as someone who identifies as a plus sized FN, I don't look good in low cuts because I have a big belly and broad shoulderz. They just make me look like an upside down guitar with all the bulges
i think this is my type and frankly i kinda really dont like it. but im trying to make the best of it. thanks for explaining it as best you can. the plus side is the soft natural works well with my season color: true summer. so hopfully itll play out well shopping for these catagories.
My face seems to fit the natural but things like purse straps slide off my shoulders easily. So I can't really wear clothes that slide off the shoulders easily.
thank you! i was confused about scarjo at first too, but if you look at her next to drew, you can see that Scarlett has more solidity and structure to her, and Drew looks more diffuse. media1.popsugar-assets.com/files/thumbor/D-X7BMMR7KAESY5j7MBkA9np8pk/fit-in/2048xorig/filters:format_auto-!!-:strip_icc-!!-/2011/11/46/0/192/1922398/037e225896b9ad02_16519350/i/Scarlett-spent-time-Drew-Barrymore-premiere-party.jpg
theatrical romantics can definitely look great with knots and half tucks too, but yes most of the time doing the test yourself can lead to some interesting results!
problem is I'm definitely a Soft Natural but I'm extremely short waisted. I feel as if I was born in the wrong century. Long legs,, long arms, broad ribcage but only 5'3". I hate being a Soft Natural.
Aww I’m sorry to hear that you’re frustrated! I know that certain decades and trends definitely prioritize some types over the other, but every type is beautiful :) if you need help figuring out a way to dress that makes you happy feel free to reach out!
Hii! Every time I take the test, I get similar results to soft natural type. But Im not sure about my type because almost all soft natural typed woman have full lips but my lips are quite thin and straight looks kind of like jennifer annistons lips but my overall face shape is softer than hers also my nose has quite a weird shape its blunt but kind of sharp at the same time. Another thing that I feel like doesnt really suit is the fact that soft natural typed woman have shorter(?) limbs but my flesh and my overall bone structure seems slightly longer but I don't see too much of a difference. It might be the fact that I am a little taller than most of them(I'm 172 cm). What would you say, can you (or someone lol) help me out? (Also im sorry if some of the things ive said are unclear, english is not my first language.)
Thanks for your answers! I will consider both of your comments. I feel like I don't look that great in FN lines and I don't really have dramatic features also my thats why I felt like SN is slightly more suitable for me. Also my overall lines are quite rounder but it might be tricky for me to tell because im not that slim. I know that body type does not change with weight but that makes it harder to understand. I guess I will try to understand kibbe lines more before I can exactly type myself.
@@suozturk7916 you might be a natural. I know they removed the pure types but some people dont quite fit in soft or flamboyant very easily so I'd suggest taking tips from soft natural recommendations with some influences from flamboyant natural
@Connie H Yes, I feel very good in Soft natural lines, also I think my energy is more natural than Gamine so... I feel more me in Soft Natural lines and materials
