Ingredients:
flour 200 gr
kefir (unsweetened yogurt) 150 gr
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
salt 0.5 tsp
soda 0.5 tsp
Filling:
cheese 150 gr
a bunch of green onions (or other greens)

For the dough: mix kefir with soda, salt and sugar, add flour and knead a soft, elastic dough. Divide it into three parts, form balls. For the filling: finely chop the green onion and grate the cheese. Roll out the ball of dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Put the filling (cheese and onion) in the center, pinch the edges of the dough and roll it out again with a rolling pin. Fry in a pan for 4-5 minutes on each side under a closed lid on medium heat. Tortillas with cheese and onions are ready!
