People nowadays have the 'me me me' mindset. They’re too lazy to find out the answers and expect everyone else to do the work for them because they’re more important than anybody else.

@@c_n_b Flex or brace any muscle voluntarily, that’s essentially the feeling in a nutshell. Overtime, if we’re not careful, certain parts of the body will begin automating muscle flex as a defense mechanism. I often clench my jaw without realizing what I’m doing. I’d imagine it _can_ be painful if it gets bad enough in specific places, but I’ve never had experience with it being painful.
Through such difficult times, when isolation is required, both a story and a video full of touching warmth and relief. I am afraid people might forget the importance of human contact after all the COVID-19 madness is finally over... Hopefully they will not. I pray to that. "He's the kind of man, full of intuition and magic, that requires trust more than understanding" is the most significant and mindful sentence I have read or listened to this year. Beautifully said and done. When nature calls - nature may call you in many different ways, and intuition is the most powerful one - you obey.

My kids are 10 and 9 and I still remember their births like yesterday. I can't imagine having to remember their births also being their.....I can't even bring myself to type it. Prayers to Oslo and his family.
The deepest heart break one could experience id say worse then losing a family member weather it be brother mother sister father . tour expecting your son or daughter to be fully healthy possibly the best day of your life and it turns out to be the worst . This could break the strongest hearts in the world .
I just read that description. Wow that would hurt. Miscarriages are awful. The poor baby didn’t even get to breath. That’s awful. I’m so sorry to those people
This is much worse then a miscarriage i have been the father of a few miscarried children the first was extremely traumatic it got easier but this is expecting a fullyt healthy baby with no warning given when the baby is born not breathing it is called stillborn i could only imagine it breaking the strongest of hearts into pieces a moment when you expect pure joy and happiness is replaced with pure sadness the deepest form of sadness

Not gunna lie sir the way you take your time and care about the individual it really makes me want to make a solid 3.5 hour drive to see you, been to 3 local chiropractic offices and not a single one attempted to assess my mechanical issues and just tried to write it off as acute pain when there’s no pain just difficulties, some started when I weighed over 300 pounds and after the 100+ weight loss (and a few gained) I have some stiffness, just wish I had a more local option that gave a crap.

Started these for the cracks, realize now all I needed was the relax. This video is my favorite so far. I can just leave it running while I'm concentrating on work and it reminds me to stop a beat and a breath.
There is something very therapeutic about the sounds you make. I love it. It is healing to me to listen and watch. I get great relaxation from your sessions. You are a very thorough chiropractor. I wish i lived closer. I know where i would be going!
This is the first video of yours I’ve watched. I like to read the descriptions of the videos. My heart hurts at Oslo’s story but my mind feels peace in what i read and the way you wrote it. I definitely spilled a tear or two. I hope his family is healing from this ❤
You're take on baby Oslo and his parents was truly beautiful. You've given me a better understanding of my mother, my twin sister her and I almost lost our lives at our birth. We were 3 months early and she had an emergency c section they said the scene was like a horror movie and there was blood everywhere. I've never been close to my father, he forced his way into the surgical room and watched as everything unfolded, everyone says he that when he came out he wasn't the same man that went in. I can only help but wonder if the thought of us almost taking away his true and first love scarred him. They couldn't believe we'd survived. My mother didn't get to hold us for weeks. Right after that I was taken into emergency surgery they didnt think I was going to make it and she said she almost went crazy. It was too much for her to go through almost losing her babies so many times. She says shes blessed. My brother was also born with the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck twice he almost died as well. As a child I witnessed her many miscarriages and it just truly allows me to see how strong and beautiful she is.
Man, I usually read the description with such gleefulness at your wisdom and words - and that did not fail even in the harshest of situations. A deeply horrific and saddening situation, turned into a somewhat positive due to your use of language and belief. RIP little Oslo 💓
Man, you and Dr Ian. I feel like you're the only doctors that I have ever seen that actually listen to patients. Its probably just my bad luck but I can't imagine an interaction I have had with a doctor where they really listen to what I am saying since my pediatrician 15 years ago. If only I could come see you sometime or find someone like you where I am.
And sweet Oslo did not rage against the dying of the light. He went so gentle in the middle of that good night. Wow. Rage, rage, rage. I had to hold back the emotion. Not sure why. Love goes out to you.

We are energy bound within the physical body for a time. Deep relaxation makes the physical body disappear for a while and lets the soul breathe. Falling asleep to this video was definitely one of the most refreshing sleeps I've ever had. Thank you for sharing the video and for sharing Oslo's story. May Oslo rest in blissful peace until his time comes again.
Can you please do a long video of upright spin exam with talking. You have one without talking but, The combo of your upright spine exam and your voice is magic. Love your questions to the clients, love the temp checks with your fingers and you overall rock. Keep it up.
