❤❤❤ It feels like a present that you found the time to share this video wirh us! Thank you so much. And i'll give it a try for sure. Much greetings over there, Nicole 💝😘
Hi Suzy! Thank you for sharing this tutorial. I’ve been inspired by you to make a Halloween journal similar to the one you made for Tim’s fabric live. I love that one so much! I’ve been trying to work out how you did the fabric spine and now I understand. Your step by step directions are so helpful. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the inspiration you bless us with. I look forward to watching the flip throughs of your projects.
Hello, merci pour le partage et pour toutes ces indications et précisions sur le montage de la couverture. (pour ma part je viens de trouver le sous titrage automatique en français ouf... effectivement plus facile à comprendre maintenant) et je vais de ce pas mettre en pratique ce tutoriel ! encore merci et hâte de voir vos prochaines oeuvres;
Really helpful info and demo. I've never been sure if it was a good idea or not to glue a lace or fabric spine covering to the book, but now I know. Thanks so much Suzy!
Hi Suzy .. I just finished making one and it is still drying will decorate it later .. so fun and cute !!! Thank you for teaching us this binding technique !!!❤❤❤
🙋🏼♀️Hi Suzy Just found you through "GI Happiness in crafting" I love this idea I have sewn in one album But soft spine calls my name lol Thank you Suzy Cheers 🇦🇺👑💐🦘
Hello and welcome! Thank you so much and thanks for the heads up! I will hop over to Gi’ channel, can’t wait to see what she is making. Cheers to soft spines … lol! ❤️🌸✨
Thank you! I meant you can add pages with tape, staples or sewing. If you want a traditional signature then it would need to be sewn to the fabric as I demonstrated.
Sooooo love love love your unique style of journalling Suzy, your makes are always gorgeous! Thanks so much for continuously sharing us your amazing talent😍💜💚💜💚
They are SO adorable!!! You lost me when you talked about a sewing machine. I don't know how to do a panel stitch with binding (?) either. Anyway, thanks for sharing. It was entertaining and informative. Have a nice evening!
Thank you so much for sharing this! You have such a great style!! I was surprised there was no journal from you on Tim’s last live....maybe the next one! TYFS!! ❤️🦋💜
Hi Suzy, this is indeed very helpfull. I am currently working on this kind of book for Halloween. And I just got the fabric, so now I know how to get forward with this project. Thanks so much!! I will share it on Insta! I am happy with your video.😃👍😊
Thank you Suzy. I already have been making different spines and machine stitching of signatures in advance before handstitching the onto the spine always was a great help for me to keep pages more straight. This idea of stitching in loose pages and decorate them futher in the process is very inventive. I must try that.
I’m new to your channel and am enjoying it very much. Thanks so much for this easy to follow tutorial on a soft spine. Have a wonderful craft filled day. Bexx ❄️⛄️❄️
No worries, I meant that extra papers can be added by sewing, stapling or taping them in. Or you can sew a signature to the fabric instead of a single folded page. I hope this helps.
WhT a wonderful tutorial, you’ve made this so easy now if you could somehow magically make a tutorial on hoed to set up and operate a sewing machine, the death of me!
