Hi friends! Today I am bringing you a video with some suggestions on how you/your pitcher can stay sharp in the off-season. As we get further into winter and then throw covid into the mix, it can be really hard for a lot of pitchers to find a place to pitch. But you don't need a full distance pitching area or a facility to work on some of your skills. Check out todays video to see what you can work on at home!
Also I am so so so sorry for the sound quality of this video!! My sound quality is usually way better, but it is so cold where I live now that that HVAC is constantly running and unfortunately my pitching area is right next to my HVAC (you can see if behind the net on the left) so please forgive me for poor sound!
