Jeannie, I felt like you were talking directly to me when you were talking about worrying about a loved one’s health. My 84 year old Mom has lung cancer, she just had a CT scan and we go to get the results from her oncologist on Wednesday. We know that it is rapidly growing. Thank you Jeannie from my heart for this extraordinary video. Your voice and the chosen affirmations are more than enough to feel a rare kind of comfort and relaxation and gratitude - in particular when you mention the body and how great a job it does 24 hours, I actually feel my body and AM my body and AM thankfulness. ASMR has gone a long way and ASMRtists often try new things out, which is good, but going back to simple things and above all answering very basic human needs - this is a great field for ASMR and helping people to get back to themselves and love themselves. The first 6-7 minutes were perfect, before the affirmations. People often think that the best way to fall asleep is to leave your mind in blank or focus on thinking positive thoughts, but the effort put into putting your mind in blank or focusing in positive thoughts ends up being counterproductive. The best way to fall asleep is to let your mind wander in pointless thoughts that don’t require any effort or analysis like an aimless conversation with a relative or old time friend which is how the first part of this video felt like or why kids stories tend to be effective. She definitely has a great talent would love to see her more into sleeping stories

My days get almost entirely eaten up by anxiety from my eating disorder. It takes every bit of me to get through the day without abusing my body or abusing food. By the end of my day, my nerves are just shot. This video will be my go to for a LONG time. Its an instant asmr classic.
