This sleep talk down with rain and thunder offers soothing vocal guidance and rain sounds to quickly and easily welcome deep rest.
I have created this sleep talk down for anyone wishing to invite more peace and tranquility into their bedtime routine. No experience is necessary in order to receive healing benefits from this rain meditation; simply follow the guidance of this meditation and make a commitment to lay in stillness as you prepare for sleep.
For best results, please return back to this guided meditation nightly, or whenever you feel you could use the lullaby of nature to promote feelings of ease within your body and mind. Very nice language/verbal structure that directly communicates with my unconscious mind with almost immediate response. Also check out Ray Lynch's album Deep Breakfast. It's new age, but PERFECT sleeping music. For real, studies were done, you sleep better when it's playing. I used to listen to the album on repeat, for years it was my nightly routine.

Nice script, lady. Thank you for using your "mom voice" for this recording, it helped me feel relaxed and safer to have you almost in the room with me(I have headphones on) and holding my hand.
