This video about dive sites of Sogod Bay in Southern Leyte, Philippines that we explored during our 10-day dive trip in August 2019.
In this video I was trying to show what you could expect to see at these dive sites Because, strictly speaking, August is the off-season, and not all dive sites were accessible and the marine life was not as diverse as it normally could be expected during the best season (which is spring, I believe). Descriptions of each site are generic, not only what I saw.

All underwater footage in this video was filmed with Sony HXR-NX80 professional camcorder with Gates housing and using Keldan video lights. This was my first experience with this camcorder and the housing, resulting in poor quality of some clips, which I decided to include anyway just to demonstrate the marine life of as many sites as possible.

During this trip, we stayed at Sogod Bay Scuba Resort, which is one of the best scuba resort in the area.

My brother and I spent a week diving with Phil and Pedro at his resort. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Phil runs a professional and capable operation, in a relaxed atmosphere. Hoping to go back and see Phil and Pedro and the crew.

Thank you very much for a well put together video. I liked the interview with the resort owner and I also thought it was great that you gave a brief description of what to expect at all of the dive site. How many days did you dive or where you visiting Southern Leyte. Thank You.

Валерий, я очень много видел видео про коралловые рифы на DVD , 3D , на ютубе , но ваши просто шедевральные. Музыка так подобранна идеально, ракурсы рифов, освещение , ничего лишнего как в японском зен саду . Единственное чтобы изменил , это плавная смена кадров . Вы лучший. Продолжайте в том же духе, попробуйте выпустить на серийный поток DVD , и 3D . Я бы сразу купил

This actually was the most economical dive destinations we've ever been. During our visit, accommodations and meals cost about US$100 per day for two of us. Each tank was about $40, if I recall correctly.
