Note to self Tim consider to contact hotel 2 hours or more prior to check in and request they have the Aircon turned on to de stuff the remove prior to you checking in. Plus to have staff walk you through how to operate there air con, balcony doors in the case sliders. Just saying.

One day you guys have to drive up to biliran island we have a some really beautiful water falls. You can stay with us or some of the hotels here Agta Beach resort is very nice.
Yeah kids climbing on a balcony is scary for parents. Little boys often don´t see any danger when they are in exploration mode. I myself broke my left arm and had tons of lacerations and bruises. I could never understand the nervousness of my parents and grandparents when i opened windows on upper floors

In my opinion the balcony rails look dangerously low a few drinks and loss of balance could be nasty I do not know if there is a building code for height in the Philippines for rail height,, but the rest of the place looks great, godbless,have fun
Building codes in the provinces? That’s a good one. PH desperately needs zoning and building codes and enforcement. Every major city has squatter/shanty towns. The electrical wiring looks like it was put up by squirrels. Low pressure civic water supply isnt safe to drink. Almost no sewers. No waste treatment. The PH is still very much a thrid world country in too many respects.
Good catch, Tim, with Dale on the balcony. Appropriate correction too. Saw he thought about climbing up again but dropped his foot back down. Kids have no fear sometimes. Scary. No titty babies allowed, haha!
No way, zoning crippled capacity for economy in the West. Industrial areas fair enough, but no rural/commerical/residential zoning. Opens areas to exploitation and corruption / profiteering by local councils.

we stayed there back in 2007 and 2004 and the owner and his wife could not have been more pleasant and accommodating . a great place to visit and great diving , check out MAX climax dive site .wow! the sure have built up the place since then

I planned on going to Padre Burgos when I was in Philippines back in September. Made it as far as Tanauan. Playa Allegre resort. Stated there one week but I sure wouldnt recommend. Most expensive resort I stayed at. Worst food and very old units. Many mosquitos, and dirty river water flowing out to beach. Thalaata Resort in Zamboanguita was my favorite. Clean , very good prices, and food was awesome. My girl lives in Tacloban, so we spent most time in Tacloban , or at her parents house .
Beautiful room but not very safe balcony with that low railing... long fall if it goes wrong. Child or adult alike...They should have put a screen door in also... I'm with the wife Tim. The beach rooms might have been a better deal..the privacy from others is 👍
Dale is not circumcised? You said he's uncut. If true, I suggest you do the right thing. Later in life, he may get infections, etc. I have a friend who got circumcised at age 23. Pain, much pain is all he said during the healing process. God Bless!
I raised 3 kids all 4 yrs apart. 2 boys 1 girl .. SOMETIMES* u gotta be somewhat STERN when teaching a life saving ** lesson. Dale wont forget.. And it may just save his life.
That balcony rail is certainly not up to western building codes it is way to low and horizontal bars are a no no it is an accident waiting to happen and Tim was right on to it.
Well…. Me being the fence man… I will make a couple crittercazations.. uno…you forgot to shut the gate as you first entered the pool area, but I will also add, it should close and lock automatically. Ahsoo.. douche, that balcony rail… someone will go over that soon, be it a kid or some drunk tourist. Utter Dan dat… very nice!
