I love bathtubs for the simple reason that together with a curtain they prevent splashing the whole bathroom floor. For 650 thb it looks like great value.

You should make videos on bars and guesthouses for sale. You can bring alot of eyeballs to their listing. They may pay you to feature their property in your video.
