Thank you for sharing this video of Talibon. Can you share the price of the hotel rooms? We are planning on going to Bohol to visit my brother and his family. Also being an American do you feel safe walking around in public?
The biggest room we showed is about 45,000 pesos per nigh or about $85 use which we feel is too expensive for Talibon. Longer term is probably much cheaper...
I envy you. Hopefully we will follow in another year, finding a place somewhere on Bohol. Wife and I watch all your videos. Good thing you didn’t buy that house in Florida. Nothing but problems and big expense owning a home here. Take care.
@@TurquoiseSunsets we're actually hoping to be able to take advantage of that decline and get another house for an investment. We're keeping an eye on the Tampa/ St Pete market currently.
@@TurquoiseSunsets Been there few times already and just need to do a few things there today and hope we can find a parking spot, we are getting internet antenna today just like you guys put up 16.3k for an open line modem all installed. We have been using a little globe modem in the house here but not very dependable signal, take care and merry Christmas!
Hi John, thank you for you & Mareis for showing us Philippines today. Gosh, I miss Philippines. But the govt is still very strict with their entrance requirements. Most of my family are near Manila and that would be my point of entry. They're still requiring tests & isolation. As always, Philippines is behind. There are lots of chinese there to control the people just like they control their own people in mainland. Thanks again & please keep showing us Pinas. God bless.
Agreed, you nailed it with you're perception of Manilla influenced by mainland china oppression tactics with regards to testing and lockdowns. Always been a concern of ours too.
