plants can take up many forms of nitrates. nitrates are the worst for your plants

Hi Jeff, I'm curious about why you say nitrates are bad for plants. What is bad about them and if nitrates are the worst, what is the best?

About 16% of plants proteins are made from nitrogen and plants get it from nitrates. Nitrates are essential, there is no plants without nitrates.
