SPOILER ALERT Left his fortified expansion to travel across the map to destroy his opponent's expansion and found that he lost his expansion and couldn't destroy that expansion at the first time of asking. Blood Mage would be a better first hero. Footmen, riflemen, priests and mortar with spell breakers and gyro if UD goes mass destroyers. This allows Human to creep the map and gain hero level and items as well prevent hero imbalances in an end game.
Seeing gyro attacking destr is kind of ...meh. Destrs simply not dying and gyro is dead limit even if u win air battle. Blood mage is good if u know that the game will go late. But the chances for timing push on this map are pretty high.
