Things you need before you get started are:
1)Flathead screwdriver
2)Plier plas

5)A 3x335 watt solar panels
6)A 2MC4 branch connector
7)A 40 Amp DC MCB & MCB box
8)A 2x150 AH solar lead acid battery
9)A Battery jumper cable
10)A 10 m 10 sq mm solar cable
11)NXG 1800 solar inverter
Now Let’s proceed to make a solar system for home in these simple steps:
Step 1: Solar structure & solar panel installation on the roof for solar power system
To begin, you need to determine how much space is required for installing your solar panels. Typically, the Luminous Solar inverter( NXG 1800 solar system) requires 100 sq. ft. space. While selecting a space, you must also make sure that the selected area is shadow free for the rest of the year. Next, use a compass to install the solar inverter in a south facing direction. In addition, you also need to ensure that your solar panel is installed at the right tilt angle according to the area that you reside in.

Once you’ve determined the angle, mount your solar panel on the structure and tighten it with a screw to complete the first step!
Step 2: Solar Panel Electrical connections
Now comes the time for the necessary electrical connections to be installed. To do so, check the back of the solar panel where you will see a junction box which has positive and negative wire connections. Connect all the positive wires to the MC43F1M. Similarly, Connect the negative wire to the MC43M1F connector. Mount the MCB box and install a 40 amp double pole DC MCB. After doing so, ensure that the DC MCB box is switched off. Next, connect the positive and negative wires from the solar panel to the input side of the DC MCB box. Then connect the 10 sq mm red and black wire to the positive and negative terminal at the output side of the DC MCB!
To complete this step, connect the red wire from the output side of the DC MCB to the solar inverter’s positive terminal and the black wire to the negative terminal. Now let’s move on to the next step. Hang in there, your solar panel installation is almost done!
Step 3: Solar Battery connection to Solar inverter
To begin this step, use a solar battery jointer to connect the two solar batteries in series.
Connect one end of the solar battery jointer to the positive terminal of one battery and the other end to the negative terminal of the other battery. Now, connect the negative solar battery wire of the NXG 1800 inverter to the negative terminal of battery 1 and connect the red wire to the positive terminal of battery 2! After this is done, switch the battery selection switch to tubular and you’re halfway done with the installation process!
Step 4: Main’s connection
For step four, connect the NXG solar inverter’s main output wire to the mains AC socket or the MCB box.
Step 5: Output connections
Step five is as easy as it gets. Simply connect the AC output socket to the MCB box.
Step 6: Turning on the solar system
Finished with all your connections? Great! Now complete your NXG solar inverter installation by switching on the UPS along with the DC MCB box!
