Thanks. Interesting video. You mentioned Stay Cool today, have to confess i do miss those adventures. Hope the new boat search is still going. Thanks again for your vids.
It’s ice for us to reminisce on our Great Loop adventure on Stay Cool 😎. We are still looking for the right vessel but in the meantime are really enjoying Vancouver Island. Thanks so much for watching Mike.
Thank you so very much for sharing all the information in this video. All of your episodes are fantastic. My husband and I often wonder how we would decide which community to live in in Vancouver Island. I love that you include all the information on all the areas it is so helpful. Thank you.
Thank you for another interesting and enjoyable video. My son in Sydney Aus. Which is semi tropical has solar on his corrugated iron dwelling house roof as have a lot of his neibours, it is government subsidised. He uses water heating and 4 air con units. He has surplus at times because everyone else is supplying at the same time, the voltage rises in the mains and the units stop producing, to prevent over loading the network. 3 phase is recommended to prevent this. Some neibours I believe charge their cars in day and use the car battery to supply the night time electricity. It seems wonderful.
@@staycool123 I have talked to him since he has 8.5 kW on his best day he got 55kw. They don't have the long days you have or the very long days we have.
We can highly recommend Shift (shift.ca). Not only will they provide a solar solution and estimate customized to your needs, they can help explain the government incentives and walk you through the process. We had a good experience for our own installation. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching Martin😎
Interesting project. Nicer to buy a house with it already installed. Yes the technology has improved. Not sure I can enjoy the stresses of installing it and looking for payback. So far so good for you !
It is becoming more common to see solar panels on houses these days as we all try to do our part to help the environment. It will be interesting to see how our project performs over time. Thanks for watching Alex!
