Hi mate which one of ur other videos was a update on this sleep system u did after using it for a while ...and I wanting to by one in the wide as my avid sleep is sagging alot now after 4 years of use ..are the ok with only being one sleeping bag and does all the bag come off for use in the summer ...cheers bud
I did I Re review some where mate on here but yes the beds still sound same with the bag, the peach skin cover comes off on its own via tabs to the bag and the inner main bag comes of aswell with it having socks top and bottom, the begs not sagged in any shape or form and the bags still fine aswell, over the last winter I did have the wind blowing in my bivvy fair plays I still leave the door open not helping matters but I've been looking at the solar thermal outer skin for that tad more warmth and water resistance, threwout summer it's impossible to sleep with the main bag with it being far to hot even sleeping on top of it and just using the peach skin as a cover so last summer I had no choice but to strip it off and just use the peach skin only but it's a loose fit only as the tabs fit to the bag not the bed so it works like your quilt at home but I've had no issues just don't throw it off to fast or it will all fall between your bed and bivvy
@@camocarpycuttzy thanks very much for reply I have got the thermal avid cover which will fit with buckles at top and bottom mate so I can use in winter if I like and can use in tge summer when I take the bag off ..I really appreciate ur long reply thanks very much mate
Good enough for me not wanting to get out of it over my winter sessions, it's hard to put it into context as we all have different comforts, you will shiver soon as you take your layers off to get in bed but untill you warm up within 15mins or less you don't want to get back out, it's rare I zip up to this day unless it's a harsh wind towards me lifting the bag that's the only time I'll zip up and bare in mind my bivvy door never gets closed
No issues mate and I mainly head out over winter but bare in mind the UK don't get as cold as it used to nowadays, on really cold snaps it's still worth a hot water bottle near your feet but soon as your warm your sound
@@camocarpycuttzy yeah mate do a lot un the winter myself and although no where near as cold as it used to be I still want the bag to be able to hold up when them minus degrees kick in cheers for the reply cutzy after careful consideration and feedback from others also I have decided that this is my next purchase
