6kw of solar, a 6000xp, and two of the wall mount batteries would be playing it pretty safe. I would want to verify sun available in your area too but roughly $10,000. You'd probably be OK with one battery instead of two knocking 3300 off the price and then could add another if you felt the need but there's a ball park. Battery holds about 14kwh so it sounds like most days it would be able to top off the car.

Oh yeah so you're sun is probably as good or better than mine. The 6000xp has pretty good surge capabilities but I wouldn't expect it to start an ac unit over 24,000btu on its own unless the ac unit was an inverter drive that was naturally a soft start.
