We installed Solar water heater 2007. During 2022 only two pipe damaged. We usefull..... Even winter and rainy season also we got enough hot water. V guard also good&service also good

Seeing various advertisements&vedios&hearing lot of promises from the Tehnician cum Dealer of HEL solar water Heater in our area &completing UPVC pipe lines& Many standard NRV&Brass valves etc&fixing 15 feet one inch dia UPVC airvent pipe with one inch dia &15 feet height supporting GI pipe , soon after its installation SS outer steel drum started water leaking below the drum near by one inch dis drain pipe&we were not getting hot water&informed its Technician&Supply Owners at Poona or Mumbai & Technician came after calling by phone 2-3 times came &checked without opening any NRV or Glass tube sealing leakage nor by opening manhole to find out the correcr leakages of water made &some guess work &retuned back & tried to put the blame on the installation Plumbers&not yet come back&repaired the water leakage even after one or 2 months after his visit &we the customers are desperately waiting for their after sales service as we got 5 years warrenttee period also,,,Due to Corona virus problems&heavy rain in this area constru tion works of Bathrooms&toilets were finished very recently&tried to taken for service,Totally within 6-7 months of its installation works it became useless for we customers& daily waiting for their Technicians for repairing the water leakages like any other standard Solar water Heater though we have spent about Rs 45000. / including for its full installation.,,Being HEL is a reputed Solar water Heater Company&suppliers , still we are expecting they may send their Tec hnicians for repairing the Unit's defects&give it to our service!!We now feel we should had placed orders with any other standard S.W.H.Suppliers company who will do their aftersales service as per satisfaction of poor Customers!!
