More AU information (For those that come here):
Welcome to the prologue of Saturn's arc in the Sentience AU (NAME IS STILL IN PENDING).
The next two videos would be revolving around Saturn in their(his/her/whichever gender you assign Saturn as, Saturn simply evades gender designation for me) character arc, which I name 'The Descent Arc.'
But basically to explain some things, planets hold the lone ability to 'wake up' sentience in other planets. There are some cases where a planet is awaken too early, causing the need for a sentient self and a planetary self, this is to allow the sentient self to mature before taking on the weight (pun not intended) that comes with their gravity and role inside the star system.
Essentially, this Early Awakening phenomenon is artificial but sometimes needed when a Star Sytem is under enough pressure to require the presence of an extra, albeit undeveloped planet, which causes the mature or 'grown-up' planets to awaken a planet, most likely a Gas Giant, to wake up and solve the immediate issue.
The Early Awakening phenomenon in Saturn's case placed them at the age of roughly an 8 year old when __ and __ first awoke them, and the next two lore-heavy videos would show Saturn in their prime before everything went wrong (or when things went so, so wrong).
So now, I'm very certain that a few of you all can guess who are the unnamed planets, but for the love of all things holy, please do not spoil in the comments, even if its obvious. Especially if its obvious.
I have selectively chosen not to warn people of which ships show in this au. I understand that this is something disliked and discouraged, but if one needs to build up a bit of suspense and plotline, this is needed. I apologize if you do not like what I'm implying in this video.
