First time end user. I’ve managed to set up Solax Portal (not cloud) for my home inverter - unclear to me if I can use this site & iOS app as well or is it one OR the other (portal vs cloud)?
AOA, I recently installed a new solar system with a SOLAX 6kW LW IP 65 inverter. While everything is functioning smoothly, I’ve encountered a small issue with the battery monitoring. Despite having 4 Acid Lead Batteries connected, the SOLAX Cloud app always shows the Battery SOC (State of Charge) at 0%. I’ve selected "USER" as the battery type in the inverter settings, but the SOC still doesn’t reflect correctly. If anyone here has experienced a similar issue or has any insights on how to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Thank you in advance for your help!
