Kept mostly original - Camped in over Memorial Day - All information fully disclosed to Buyer.
We purchased this camper in Utah 2020 and brought to Midwest now in NC. Trailer Brakes were inspected and all new tires were installed before leaving Utah. Once home, we immediately removed exterior trim and sealed roof, seams and fixed any leaks we could find. Our family have enjoyed many camping nights cold and hot and both heater and ac work without issue. We absolutely love the original ‘70s vibe this camper gives, and we are sad to let her go but have house commitments that are ending our camping adventures at this time. Our last trip was Memorial Day week.
There is a soft spot at the entrance of the door that developed this year. Buyer needs to repair. We presume it is due to a leak from the door. Currently we use a board to step on to prevent further damage. Fenders are cracked and need to be replaced. We have a contact and pricing for new if you would like. Paint is original. Front corners were custom built by a fabricator in Indianapolis from molds made by the original broken plastic corners. Leaks that occurred and caused damage to walls, ceilings have been fixed other than the door.
Maintenance:
Roof Sealed - Eternabond Tape and Dicor Self Leveling Sealant
Removed all Top J-Channel and resealed with Butyl tape and new stainless screws
Right Side / Back Windows Sealed
All Exterior Lights Sealed
Exterior Bathroom Walls have been repaired/replaced / Tub replaced
