Deleorn ya you can have to much Chrome, I'm to old Dr all that polishing I'm in the black out phase now, my Harley doesn't have a lick of Chrome on it.....I will say this truck looks dam good.
Just goes to show these Pete's hold their value IF you take care of it and have pride in the ride. Some would say at 700,000 miles the truck still has half its life yet and at $75,000 its half the price of a new one.
This is the truck am looking for, same as how i dreamed it...but sadly live in Jamaica and the port says the truck has to be five years old which means nothing below 2012...
If that has 1, 000, 000 miles...to the moon and back twice, it must have had a bunch of money and labor keeping it up, thats worth something...you could say to the buyer this truck looks like new had one owner and a million miles he took better care of this truck than he did himself
Would someone explain the process to get the rear tires off with those fenders, I love the look but I don’t want to deal with the fenders to change a tire
I am a jr but my dad Carbone Sr was not in the service. Funny story, he was drafted for Nam and then discharged when it came back that he had 100+ traffic violations and the military deemed him a "public misfit". He used that heavy foot to go on to win an NHRA top fuel world championship title.
I have a 1982 peterbilt 359 with a 400 cummins with sleeper everything is original. What is your opinion about how much i could get for it if I ever do decide to sell?
Steve, how often do you suggest a person waxes (or has it waxed) their rig? Is twice a year enough? I want my paint to stay looking new but I don't want to waste money. Twice a year? Once a (4 times a year) season?
Peterbilt Steve then there it is. Four times a year. Steve, just when you've given up on me ever calling you, the phone will ring and we'll be ready to spec a truck.
I wonder if he’s the bennet driver that spilled a drivetrain off into the middle of the interstate in mobile. Gotta use more than two 3/8 chains when you’re hauling a 58k lb drivetrain.
