Lived in Mumbai for 2 years, in Bandra. This is not Mumbai and the pricing is of Mumbai? My Indian friends tell me it should be 2 crores maximum.

Not more than 2 or 2.25 crores for Kharghar. Bhai pricing check karo, kuch bhi mat dalo. 2 crores you might find someone.

I'm staying in south Mumbai, and in our area u can get 2bhk for around 3 crore, paying 4.5 cr that too in not ultra luxury segment similar to lodha belmondo ect. Bad pricing, 2.5 crores is ok

It's kharghar,raigad district,not even mumbai,pretty exorbitant,plethora,maximum rate according to area is 3 cr for 2000 sq ft.
