As you can see that my search times are always in the evening times when no one is in there offices so you can see how easy it would be just to see your price. @@bws3152 yessir here in Vermont we have the Vermont Land Trust, and that can never be built on and probably 50 acres of my grandparents Farm is bought by Vermont land trust and it's a big beautiful Oak stand on the Southern Exposure of a mountain in Monkton Vermont it's called burrow hell it's pretty awesome oh, and I love that program so that's exactly what I would do I would not subdivide that at all, and if I did it would be on the smaller side of the road and it wouldn't be half the size it would only be five or six large but it would be 40 or 50 acres per site
