Where to begin... this was an emotional property for me... Angelo, the owner, needing to make a change. So much to digest... a house, a mature owner, and life... I loved the home with it's personalized touch... and as a person that may be in a similar situation as Angelo, I appreciated your reference ... something like... Trusting those that know... ♥

Hello Rino - well, this was a very unique property! I haven't seen a layout quite like this before. There is a whole world of different rooms and storage on the ground floor - you'd have to think carefully about what to do with it all! Part of me felt that it was such a personal space of the owner that it would be a shame to disturb it. Just keep it as it is as a reminder of a good life spent in this house - but of course that isn't possible. Somebody else will make it their own personal space and love it on their own way! 🏚 Best regards

What a great property. Thank you for explaining about some of the towns and just things visitors wouldn't know. Having only been to Italy twice briefly, I don't know much of anything. But this land of 1.4 acres seems like a manageable size and plenty of storage. Really nice country home too, everything you could need.

So much loving attention to detail. You can see and feel the pride the owners have in their home. As you pointed out, there is quite a bit of potential to add additional separate sleeping quarters to this home if required.

Thanks for this Rino. Such a unique property. This would be ideal to my wife and me to enjoy for a few months a year and Airbnb it for whatever we could get throughout the rest of the year. Not sure how well that would be accepted by the neighbour, but it would be a possibility!

Wow, I really love this! It might not be a beauty queen from the outside, but it oozes authentic, functioning farm house. I would love to see a young family own this and have it become a multi-generational family home. the only thing I find strange is how the neighbor's property pracitcally sits on top of this one.... I wonder if might have been part of the main compound and separated at some point in the past?

I absolutely agree, inside was stunning, so much care on everything, I have to aim and be much like Angelo in taking care of his place (and the wife of course). Unsure about he neighbor situation, we should ask the realtor!

Love the finishes of the main apartment and potential of the other areas (cantina, woodshed). Views and outdoor spaces are amazing! Approximately how far from a comune?

Elice is the closest town I believe at 8km/5miles, so pretty close! Other close towns are Castiglione Messer Raimondo, Collecorvino and Penne of course.

hello Rino , first of all please wish the owner good health from us here , i wish he gets better soon. it shows how much he loves this house , it was felt in the video . i felt sad that he has to sell it due to health reasons. it is so so tidy and organised , i would leave everything as it is. I would buy it in a second however we are looking for a much smaller house , detached with some land and with mountain views. So if it possible i would be very grafetfull if you can manage to show us some :) thank you again
