Hi, thank you for getting in touch. There are 2 unit types here, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 117 sqm and 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 145 sqm. The 2 bedroom in foreign name will start at 7,400,000 baht (221,000 USD @33.5 baht/usd) and the 3 bedroom starts at 9,200,000 baht (275,000usd @33.5baht/usd). The prices include all built-ins e.g. kitchen, kitchen appliences, toilet/bathroom and built-in decorations. The price excludes loose furniture e.g. Sofa, TV, Bed. In general the price will go up over time as the developer sells more unts. If you would like to know more, my contact details are in the descriptions under the video. (I apologize, I am not able to put my contacts here. For some reason, RU-vid keeps deleting my replies if I place them in the comments)
Yes, it is. However, the rooms with the private pool will pay higher HOA than units without the pool. With the extra HOA fees, someone will come clean and maintain the pool for you weekly.
Great video and very nice apartment. 1. Does king bed fit in master bed room for both units? 2. Will gad stove be an option of both units? Can foreigner buy and own this property (I am from San Antonio, TX)? Thanks.
Hi, thank you for getting in touch. 1) yes, a king sized bed will fit in the master bedroom of both room types. 2) a gas stove will fit but I am not sure if it is compliant for condos 3) yes, foreigners can condos in foreign quota under their own name. Let me know if you have any more questions. Mohawk
Hi, as I am aware of, the development offers to foreigners the following payment plan. 30% payment on signing contract 45% Installment (can be separated into 8 monthly payments) and finally 25% balance payment on completion. The developers are quite flexible so if you had something else in mind then I'm sure they would hear out your offer. With regards to getting a local bank loan, you will need to have a work permit to qualify.
Hi, unfortunately in this development they only make 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom. For this particular development, other fees will be 1. Transfer fees, 1% of sales price 2. Sinking fund, 500 baht/sqm. 3. 1 year of common area fees (paid annually), 40 baht/sqm. Each development will have differenct policies. These numbers are true only for this development. You can expect similar costs in other NEW condo developments. Purchasing a 2nd hand property will have a different process. If you have any other questions feel free to get in touch. My contact information is in the descriptions below the video. Best regards. Mohawk

You can find my contact information in the descriptions below the video or at the end of the video. If you are looking to by the condo, monthly you will be paying common area fees of around 4,700 baht/month, utilities will be billed directly from the government, this is 600 meter from Rompho Market. If you are looking to rent, this condo is not finished building yet so no available units for rent. The building will be completed end of this year. I hope this helps Mohawk

The 2 bedroom condos in foreign name start at around 7,000,000 baht this all depends what floor you are on. If on the ground floor probably lower if on the top floor probably higher. Would you be interested to go and have a look at the project?
