@@AndrewMooersmainerealestate Thank you for your time, I truly appreciate it. I checked it out further once it posted. So the Association fee is only for the road maintenance correct? I probably would need to work around any limitations on a woodlot like this for the sake of a source of heating and cooking with wood. I’m looking for the balance between being able to be fully off grid and able to harvest wood, while also having the ability for a small garden and a few chickens. I don’t have equipment for anything strictly farmland as most are sprawling and beautiful but I cannot take advantage of a space that vast, and definitely need plenty of wood for heating and cooking. If you find anything in this price range without restrictions and a simple clearing, and some decent wood (doesn’t need to be quality old growth as it’s not for lumber) that would be amazing. Even better if there was something like a creek on site. Do you think this one would get any neighbors that would have issues with a few chickens that far out?
